Phase A — Presence
- Landing EN/DE, legal drafts, waitlist stub, SEO baseline
- Changelog blog + participate (signals + GitHub)
- Local Docker runbook
- Founder review → production deploy
- Lighthouse polish, OG image, favicon
Phase B — Capture & notify
- Resend (approved) + double opt-in
- Umami or Plausible (approved / self-host)
- Optional Supabase for persisted waitlist / ideas
Phase C — Mobile MVP
- Expo scaffold (tabs + onboarding)
- Auth (Supabase)
- Real petition feed + auto-sign rules (per developer spec)
Phase D — Civic core (off-chain first)
- API integration per developer spec
- Donation flows (UX + compliance before live money movement)
- Receipting and milestone state machine (start off-chain)
Phase E — Blockchain integration
- Architecture: escrow, milestones, keys, recovery (doc + review)
- Testnet contracts + deploy scripts only until mainnet approved
- Indexing plan (subgraph vs listener) — implement after approval
- Wallet UX, network switch, risk disclosures in EN/DE
- Mainnet / real funds: explicit founder approval + audit budget
Phase F — Growth
- Social cadence or keep founder dashboard publishing
- Community moderation playbook
