Data we collect
When you join the waitlist we process your email address and timestamp. Technical logs may include IP address and user agent for security.
Purpose and legal basis
We process waitlist data to notify you about the product (consent). Security logs rely on legitimate interest to protect services.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or we delete the pilot list, typically within 24 months of inactivity unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights (GDPR)
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact hello@agoravoice.org.
Transfers
If data is processed outside the EEA we will rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Analytics (self-hosted, consent-based)
With your consent (cookie banner → “Allow analytics”) we collect anonymous usage events: pages viewed, referrer domain, clicks, language, and device class (mobile/desktop). We do not store IP addresses, cookies, or fingerprints; sessions use a random ID that resets when you close the tab. Events are processed on founder-controlled infrastructure in the EU context and are never shared with third parties. Feature votes and likes are stored as anonymous counters; without analytics consent they carry no session identifier at all. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing this site’s browser data.
AgoraVoice guide (AI chat)
When you use the guide, we process the messages you type in order to answer them. The answers are generated by an open AI model running on founder-controlled hardware; on the way there, your messages pass through our hosting provider Vercel and a Cloudflare tunnel. No cloud AI provider receives your text. We keep nothing: no message text is stored. To limit abuse we hold a keyed hash of your IP address that changes daily, in memory only, and we keep anonymous daily counters. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the question you ask and in protecting our services from abuse. Please do not enter personal or sensitive data.
